Today was my last delivery of St. Patrick’s cupcakes. Pearl River had its annual St. Patrick’s Day parade, which is known as second largest to NYC’s parade. I am very happy to have been a part of it by baking up some yummy vanilla cupcakes with awesome green frosting, I also made some white with green sprinkles and two different green sugars.
Up next, Easter cupcakes. This year I am making Easter Egg cupcake pops – I’m really excited about these.
